Terms of service
These terms are between you and Smart Biz Tech Pty Ltd for your use of SmartCard Pro.
The subscription
SmartCard Pro is $9.95 (AUD) a month, plus any add-ons you choose, billed monthly through Stripe. Prices include GST. New businesses get a 7-day free trial; the first charge is when the trial ends, unless you cancel before then.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Billing in your dashboard. Your page and cards stop at the end of the period you have paid for; you can ask us for a copy of your data first.
Your content
You are responsible for what you put on your page and cards, and you keep the rights to it. You give us permission to host and show it so that SmartCard works. Do not use SmartCard for anything unlawful, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights.
The assistant
The AI assistant on your page answers from what you have told it. It can make mistakes; check anything important with the business directly.
